東京の大自然！御嶽山へハイキング Hiking at Mt.Mitake in Tokyo
2018年10月10日（水）、東京青梅市の御嶽山にハイキングに行ってきましたので、楽しみ方を書いていきたいと思います。
I went to Mt.Mitake on Oct.10 Wed.
This is about how to enjoy there.
御岳山とは
御嶽山は東京青梅市にある929Mの山でパワースポットとしても有名です。
最寄り駅はJR青梅線の「御嶽」駅です。
東京都のなかでは、高尾山と並んで人気の観光地ではないでしょうか。
私が行ったのは平日でしたが、土日は多くの観光客で賑わうそうです。
About Mt. Mitake
Mt. Mitake is 929 meters high and famous for power spot.
The nearest station is JR Ome Line “Mitake” station.
Mt. Mitake is most popular tourist spot in Tokyo same as Mt. Takao.
I went there on weekday though, on weekends it’s crowded with many tourists.
アクセス
JR青梅線「御嶽」駅から、御嶽山のふもとである「ケーブル下」バス停まで西東京バスが出ています。そこまで頻繁に本数はないので、時間を調べていくとよいと思います。
御嶽駅の改札を出て左方向にバス停があり、すぐにわかります。
ケーブル下までは10分ほどで到着します。
There’s a bus from Mitake station and you can arrive “ケーブル下” bus stop the foot of the mountain.
You’d better to search the departure time of the bus because it’s not frequent.
You can see the bus stop on the left side out of Mitake station. It’s easy to find.
It takes only ten minutes for “ケーブル下”.
ケーブル下の駅である「滝本駅」から山頂付近の「御岳山駅」までは、ケーブルカーで行くことができます。片道590円で所要時間は6分ほどです。ぐんぐん高度をあげてあっという間に山頂まで到着します。
ちなみに山道を歩いて頂上まで行くこともできますが、非常に急な坂道で運動している人でも結構きついと思います（笑）
You can go to the top of the mountain by cable train. One way fee from "Takimoto station" to "Mitakeyama" station is 590yen and it takes around 6 minutes.
For your information, you can go to the top by foot, too. But it’s very steap slop so it’s too tough even people who do moderate exercise lol.

見どころ
ケーブルカーで山を登ると、すぐに2.3軒の食事処や展望台があり、天気のいい日には素晴らしい景色を見ることができます。
東京スカイツリーや茨城県の筑波山なども望めます。私が行った日はあいにく雲っており、一面雲しか見えませんでした（笑）
Main attractions
After climbing by cable train, you'll see a few restaurant, view points. If it's nice weather you'll see beatiful view like Tokyo Sky Tree, Mt.Tsukuba in Ibaraki and so on.
I couldn't see those view as it was not good weather lol.
御嶽山の頂上付近は、武蔵御嶽神社やロックガーデン、いくつかの滝などのパワースポットが存在し、登山というよりは頂上付近をハイキングして楽しむことができます。
（中には、急な階段や坂もありますが。。。）
You can enjoy "Musashi Mitake Shrine", "Rock Garden", a few water fall the power spot around top of the mountain. It's hiking rather than climbing, I think. (There'are some steap slope, though...)

商店街
武蔵御嶽神社に向かう商店街です。昭和の雰囲気漂う場所ですね。
Shopping street
This street is to Musashi Mitake Shrine. The place you can feel ambiance of Showa Era.
ビューポイント
いくつかの展望台があり、これはヘリ着陸場付近の展望台です。
大した写真じゃありませんね。。。（笑）
View point
There are some view points. Here is near helicopter landing site.
This shot is not big deal lol...
七代の滝
ここは、滝つぼまで普通に近づける滝で、結構きれいでした。水遊びできるような場所です！
Nanayo water fall
You can go to the basin and beatiful water fall.
天狗岩
大きな岩の上に2体の天狗がそびえたってます。鎖で岩を登るので大変ですが、登る価値あります！
Tengu Rock
There are two Tengu on big rock. It will be tough to climb by chain, but it's worth climbing! 
綾広の滝
写真を撮ることができませんでした。実はある事情で撮れなかったのですが。。。

岩が敷き詰められた、風情のある沢の道です。
Rock Garden
There is covered with a lot of rock, it's nice moutain stream road.

私は平日に行ったため人はまばらでしたが、外国人観光客もよく見受けられ、自然を気
軽に感じられる良い場所だと思いました。
